I'm assuming you mean that you can't find the MSN Messenger icon. Easy, just click on the Start button, then Run and type in the 'Open' box msmsgs and press Enter key or click on the OK button. This will run MSN Messenger. If you want to crete a shortcut just right-click on your desktop, select New, then Shortcut and type in msmsgs as the location when asked. Alternatively I'd recommend using Trillian or GAIM

Ahh, well you can either download the latest version of MSN Messenger HERE and reinstall it, or go with my recommendation of using Trillian instead as it's less prone to hacks, can connect to virtually every messaging network under the sun simultaneously (i.e MSN, Yahoo, AIM etc.) and is simply nicer to use. The choice is yours.
