Hi Vin, More problems for me tried to figure out the bit torrent error message but no luck. I've now downloaded the eMule Plus site and I have the problem of the site not connecting to the internet even though I am online with BT Broadband. Is there any reason why the eMule program won't see my internet online? Still running XP Pro BT Voyager 105 USB ADSL Modem Thanks once again! Seve

Zone Alarm has been known to leave bits behind after being uninstalled, the latest version has apparently been cleaned up a bit. Try scanning your ports by visiting one or more of the firewall tests on the 'Quick Links' menu on Nethomehelp's front page. These will show if your ports are open or blocked by a firewall. Try checking if you have the Windows Firewall enabled, instructions HERE. Other firewalls, if installed & running will have a system tray icon next to the clock on the taskbar. If you definately have no firewall running, try reinstalling Zone Alarm, then uninstalling it from the 'Add or Remove Programs' list. You really do need a good firewall running on your PC, especially if you're accessing public unsecure networks such as Kazaa etc. So if you get this problem sorted I'd recommend installing Kerio Personal Firewall or XP Service Pack 2.
