Why does my other e-mail address keep getting this message.

Hi Jim,
The POP server should be pop3.blueyonder.co.uk.
In Outlook Express, goto Tools, Accounts, select the Mail tab and double click on your Blueyonder account. Now that the account properties box is open click on the Servers tab and change the Incoming Mail server to pop3.blueyonder.co.uk. Then click on the OK button, then the Close button.

everytime i get to my emails i get a pop- up arrive and then it takes my mail with it and arrive on a page called about blank my home page is yahoo and i am having trouble getting on it can you help?
