I wonder if you can help, because my computer is driving me CRAZY!!!!!
I cannot access any secure websites and when I tried accessing your "fix" page and tried logging on to one of the suggested web sites; surprise, suprise, the page was just blank.
Can you give me any indication as to what to do - I have done virus scans and all the rest of it, but nothing seems to help!
I would be very grateful for your help!

help!

What version of windows are you using? If you have XP service pack2 installed it could be that it is stopping any activeX content, do you have a yellow/gold bar at the top of your window saying that content has been blocked? If you have then click it to allow the download.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click 'Tools' from your dropdown menu and check if you have 'Pop up Blocker' turned on, if you have try turning it off and see if this helps.
You should also try and lower your security settings. Click 'Tools - Internet Options' from the dropdown menu in Internet Explorer then click on the 'Security' tab. There is a slider on the Internet settings, try sliding it down to medium-low and clicking ok.
Hope that sorts it.
