Hi Vin, At the moment I have two operating system's on my computer; XP Pro & XP Home. Everything seems to run fine with the two, but what I'd like to do is Delete XP Pro (everything I Have is on Pro) and put it all onto Home. Then end up with just the Home on my computer and not loose any of my software. Any ideas please mate? ? Cheers once again! Seve

Why do you want to use Home and not pro??? pro is the better verson... anyway.. if you only want the one os on the pc you will have to do a full format of the pc.. and then reinstall win xp...

I agree with Stuboo.... Although I think that you should never have to format your HDD if you don't need / want to.... It's like stripping the paint off your car & respraying it just to get it really clean.... pointless & time consuming. I reckon you should just delete your XP Home installation... especially if you've already got everything setup on the Pro installation... For more info on the differences between XP Home & Pro version see the links below... Windows XP - Which edition is right for you.Windows XP Comparison Guide
