Hi Dre Had a good chrimbo despite smashing up my BMW a week before christmas ...noooo!! Anyway do you mean high pings like above 100ms? If so it can be grey area but you can find out some info by doing a 'trace route' to find out which 'hop' along the route is delaying the data packets. To do a 'trace route' to the games server, go into the command prompt ( Start, Run, type cmd, press OK), type tracert 193.23.224.147 and press the Enter key. You'll be presented with the ping times for each 'hop' from your PC all the way to the games server. If the pings suddenly climb at some point along the route then that router is the problem. If that router belongs to Telewest/Blueyonder then it's their problem. If you're unsure what the tracert results mean then in the command prompt type.... tracert 193.23.224.147 > c:\trace.txt and press the Enter key ....open the 'trace.txt' file in the root of your C drive and copy the text into a reply so I can have a look.
