When I bought my PC it was pre-loaded with Windows XP and came with the M/soft Works Suite 2004 DVD Rom. On several occassions when using Word or Outlook 2002 a message comes up telling me the feature I want is on the Office XP Proffessional with Frontpage and invites me to browse for a file named PROPLUS.IMI or in Outlook it asks for OUTRET.IMI. These files are not on my system or on the DVD. I've checked my software via the Add/Remove programs and it shows I have Office XP Proffessional with Frontpage. Can you tell me why the files don't exist. I tried to install M/soft Servioce Pack 3 update and also the Full administrative install when the 1st failed. On both occassions this same problem prevented me from completing the install. I need this update because Spamihilator does not work with Outlook 2002 and 20 Spam Adverts a day is starting to bother me. Please help

The required Office XP files will not be on a Microsoft Works DVD, you'll need to insert your Office XP CD. On my Office XP CD there's PROPLUS.MSI but no .IMI files, not even inside the OFFICE1.CAB file (which is where everything is extracted from during installation) If not fixed then you're best uninstalling Office XP and doing a full reinstall which doesn't take long. Also, Spamihilator works with any mail client so long as you're connecting to a POP3 mail account. Are you sure you've setup Outlook to route your mails through Spamihilator? Instructions are HERE
